Cavetown Mesa Concert reviews
Jimmy Eat and rocked the concert World
I loved the show, full of energy from start to finish. Jim Atkins barely talked too long between songs and just rocked fast or slow. The even mixed varieties of songs played throughout the night, not missing a beat. They had a fun time playing together as a band, you could tell.
David Bazan was a very enjoyable experience for me, a fan familiar with his songs. I had only heard Bazan solo and acoustic before, but this show was amped and electric, a very different experience. Back with old Pedro the Lion bandmates, portraying a great set of songs. His 15 years of showman experience shined through, in my opinion, for any new listeners. Great show, definitely NOT disappointed.
I have 3 bands on my list of bands I would like to see. Cavetown was on the list and they definitely wowed me. Only Foo Fighters and White Stripes to go (If White Stripes get back together of course).
